Research Interests

Self-control and decision making; translational approaches to interdisciplinary clinical behavior analysis; biopsychosocial aspects of substance use disorders with an emphasis on gambling; and applications of acceptance and commitment therapy

Labs and Facilities

Wilson created the Saint Louis University Gambling Addictions research laboratory, the first casino replica research lab in Missouri. She also helped establish the SLU Student Teaching and Research program (STAR), a behavioral clinic providing advanced behavior analytic services to families unable to access other ABA services in the area.

Publications and Media Placements

She is an editorial board member of Behavior Analysis in Practice, Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science, and Behavior Analysis: Research in Practice. Her work has been showcased on the Netflix show Bill Nye Saves the World (2018).
